Vito's Catering requires that all orders be placed as soon as possible due to the date availability. As we can run multiple events on same day we do get booked quickly.
We do allow cancellations and it's best to refer back to contract. Usually we require a down payment to hold the date and the initial deposit will not be refundable.
If any substitutions are necessary we will inform you of any such changes as soon as possible.
We maintain a minimum order requirement of 75 guests for all catering requests.
Our fee structure includes delivery fees starting at $35, a 20% service fee, and hourly rates for service staff ($40/hour) and chefs ($50/hour). These fees ensure we can provide high-quality service for your event.
